GCOS Media Publisher – Data Deletion Instructions

Effective date: September 3, 2026

GCOS Media Publisher is an internal Facebook Page publishing application operated by Global Consultancy Co., Ltd.

How to request deletion

1. Email sopanha@global-consultancy.biz.
2. Use the subject line: GCOS Media Publisher – Data Deletion Request.
3. Identify the Facebook account, Business Account, or Page relationship relevant to the request.
4. We may ask for reasonable verification before deleting data.

After verification, we will delete or anonymize Meta Platform Data associated with the authorization that we are not required to retain for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or legitimate business-record purposes. Where applicable, stored access credentials will also be revoked or removed.

Revoke access directly through Meta

You may also revoke the application’s access through your Facebook/Meta account or business settings. Revoking access prevents future Page-management actions using that authorization.
